Product Repairs
Wearing jewelry on a daily basis, things happen, and jewelry gets broke. Most of my repairs come from babies or animals tugging on the necklace and causing a jump ring to come loose or a chain to break. Not to worry, I have three options for you to choose from to get your necklace ready to wear again!
You can come to a pop-up or event and I can make the repair for you for only the repair cost.
You can purchase the necessary listing and I will send you the replacement piece(s). You will be responsible for making the repair. You would need a set of pliers. If you are not familiar with jewelry making, I can show you how to complete the task via video if requested!
You can purchase the listing and request my PO BOX to send in your necklace for me to repair. You will be responsible for shipping costs to me, and I will ship it back to you at my cost.
If you have a bracelet that needs a repair please reach out to me by email (poppyandsteel@gmail.com) and I will get a listing to you! I have never had a bracelet repair so I have focused my listings and instructions on necklaces.
