A $25 deposit is required to book your permanent jewelry appointment and will be applied to your total purchase. The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please email me at poppyandsteel@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We cannot accept a cancelation within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. If you are a no-show to your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

FAQ:

How much is it? Prices range from $42-52 with add on charms available.

Will it tarnish? No, I use gold filled and sterling silver chain chain and findings so it will withstand everyday wear!

What if I need to remove it? Permanent jewelry is meant to be worn without removing but if you need to remove it for a particular reason and would like to get it reattached, you can cut the jump ring and save the chain. A $10 re-weld fee will be charged.

Will you repair a broken chain? I will repair your permanent jewelry at no cost to you if it is within 2 weeks of your appointment. The chain must be my work. For repairs longer than 2 weeks there will be a small charge to re-weld that piece of jewelry.
